VR update (20/04/2026):

We are continuing to work through a high volume of applications, with over 660 received across the Group. It is important that each application is given careful and consistent consideration, and as a result this remains a detailed and complex process.

Applications submitted within Phase 1 are now being progressed, with approved cases moving through final stages such as settlement agreements and leaving arrangements. At the same time, Phase 2 applications are now undergoing the same review and approval process. Colleagues whose applications are approved in these phases will be contacted shortly regarding next steps.

For those whose applications have not been approved in Phase 1 and/or Phase 2, please be assured that you will be contacted once these phases are concluded. Your application will remain within the overall process and may be reconsidered as part of future phases of the scheme.

We recognise that this period of uncertainty is challenging, and we appreciate your patience whilst we work through this in a thorough and fair way.
