There are still some appointments that remain subject to appointment and final confirmation. We anticipate concluding these shortly and will communicate updates as soon as they are confirmed.

Next steps

The new divisional structure will be formally recognised from 1 April 2026. However, there will be a transitional period over the coming months as teams begin to form, leadership structures are finalised, and responsibilities are realigned. This phased approach is designed to ensure a smooth, well‑supported transition for all colleagues.

Divisional leadership teams will continue to provide further communications to ensure everyone remains informed and fully sighted on the forthcoming changes. We are committed to keeping you updated at each stage and providing clarity as the new structure embeds.
