As a result of the new site structures, a formal consultation process began on 30 January 2026, with a commitment to meaningful engagement with all colleagues affected.

This includes:

  • A one‑to‑one meeting for every affected colleague to discuss questions and the potential impact of the proposals
  • An opportunity for colleagues to express preferences for roles within the new structure
  • The option to be accompanied by a trade union representative or workplace colleague at formal meetings.
