Health Needs Assessment - Have your say
We’ve launched a new Health Needs Assessment (HNA) across the University Hospitals of Liverpool Group - and we’d really value your input.
We know many colleagues are feeling the pressure, with rising sickness absence and turnover across the NHS. This assessment will help us better understand what support you need and where we can make the biggest difference.
The HNA brings together your feedback with workforce data to give us a clear, shared picture of staff health and wellbeing. This will help shape our future Health and Wellbeing Strategy and ensure we focus on what matters most to staff.
Take part here
The survey is open for four weeks and only takes a few minutes to complete.
It covers six key areas:
· Physical health and wellbeing
· Mental and emotional wellbeing
· Workplace experience
· Lifestyle
· Financial wellbeing
· Looking ahead, including additional feedback
Why your input matters
Every response will help us:
· Understand what’s working well and where we need to improve
· Identify gaps in support
· Focus our efforts and investment where it will have the greatest impact
Your feedback will directly shape how we support staff across the Group - so please take part if you can.
