Health Needs Assessment - The journey so far
Our Group Health Needs Assessment questionnaire was open for a period of 6 weeks between Wednesday 13th May and Sunday 28th June.
In this time, we received 1170 responses from a representative selection of colleagues across UHLG.
It covered six key areas across physical health and wellbeing, mental and emotional wellbeing, workplace experience, lifestyle, financial wellbeing, as well as opportunities to provide additional feedback.
We want to thank everyone who took the time to contribute and provide valuable feedback on what we can improve across the Group.
Many colleagues are experiencing challenges right now, and we’re mindful of the wider picture across the NHS.
Our next steps are about listening more closely so we can understand what matters most to you and where we can offer the most useful support.
Your commitment to supporting wellbeing is greatly appreciated.
